It doesn't push down with ease like my other Staples One Touch Stapler. This stapler also took some time to figure out how to insert staples--did not come with directions and was a bit challenging to figure out.

Great product. Tough to figure out how to load the staples but watched a YouTube video and a grade-schooler showed common mistake and how incredibly simple it is to load. Functionally so easy to use and will save wrist/hand strain!! Thanks.
