I brought my old version of this SAME Staples stapler that would ONLY staple occasionally - drove me crazy. Counter person tried to analyze the old stapler and said NG and went to the shelves to bring me this new and improved version. I Bought this one because I really needed to stop being frustrated with my other Staples stapler. Hope this one doesn’t develop the same problems.
