Poor design difficult to use

After wasting time trying to open it up to load staples i figured it out (it's a secret). The loaded staples (an awkward approach imho) only to find the plastic stops to keep from pulling out the carrier also kept one from putting it back in with the staples . Back to the store on my next trip. This is a NO.
