I’m a teacher and bought this to put up bulletin boards! Each time I try to staple with it in the open position the staple caddy pops open and all staples fall out! Very frustrating and very disappointed. I would NOT recommend this.

Not as good as the discontinued model of the One-Touch Desktop Stapler.

I have two of the discontinued models at work (Item #207436 and 207438) and purchased this updated version last week. Compared to the older models the newer version is somewhat inferior. It feels less robust and less well built. I'm not sure why the previous versions were discontinued but I don't like the newer version.
