I love this binder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical when I got this binder because I'm typically a black binder lady but I needed something more flexible for traveling as the black ones always bend in my suitcase. As it turns out I needn't have been skeptical. It traveled well and came out of my luggage no worse for wear. This binder ticks every box. It has a front window so you can have a cover or you could leave it plain. The actual metal binder portion is strong and yet opens and closes easily. Equally important to me is an internal pocket where I can stuff the notes I might take or whatever else I might need. It has it all. If there's one drawback and I note this reluctantly the clear front window where you can put your cover or whatever you want is clear unless you put something in it. So that means that if you don't put anything in it you can see directly into the binder. This would bother me if I didn't have a coverage or label page on the front of the binder. But I always have a title page on the front cover so this isn't an issue for me. I'll definitely be using these again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been rough on items I carry in my work bag and I had a conference upcoming with a need to give a presentation with some leave behinds. Knowing I beat things up in my bag and it was a conference that my bag would be traveling a lot I needed a means to carry the hard copy items and protect them from well myself. Luckily I had the Staples Heavy Duty 1” 3 ring flex poly binder. It was exactly what I needed to keep my handouts clean flat and well presented. With its clear front and insert slot I was able to add my company logo name and presentation well displayed on the front of the binder. The flexible yet sturdy sides kept my sheets inside clean and clear of folds rips or anything else the dozens of times I pulled it in and out of my bag throughout the conference. So finally on day 3 when I had my last presentation I was able to hand it directly to the customer to follow the live presentation with the binder items. It looked great and helped get the point across nicely. The only trouble I had was that at the end presentation the customer took the binder! So they must have liked it as much I as did! My take away this was a great binder and good for most any use be it a school project work presentation or just home organizing it looks great works well and I will certainly buy more.

Binder was received damaged in the mail

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The binder is of sturdy construction but was damaged during shipping. I would expect a heavy duty plastic to not damage during shipping. The metal rings do fit together snugly and otherwise feels like a solid product. We really like the document window so we could change our the cover as needed. We used this daily and did not see any wear other than the shipping damage. Overall impressed with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was such an amazing binder. As a team soccer mom it was easy to throw all the documents into and the binder was flexible so easy to throw into the bag and still kept papers neat and organized. Perfect to add players passes and rosters!

Durable for school use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this binder. My son carries one in his backpack to school everyday. This has held up to the wear and tear of an 8 year old boy. I like that it is light weight and flexible but doesn't bend or rip. I like the pocket in the back for loose folders and the clear window on the front to personalize it. I like that it comes in colors (ours is blue and gray) but is still professional looking. Definitely on the top of my list for next school year.

Not very durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed in this product. I was looking for a flexible binder that I could use for holding my recipes. The binder came in a padded envelope and was already cracked when I opened it. The cover is not at all durable the plastic is very flimsy. The size and appearance are great but the quality was low. I would not recommend this product over a traditional hard binder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome binder! I really loved that it is soft sided so that it is easy to put into a backpack but still keep your papers protected. It was sturdy and held up well with daily use by a high school boy. I also liked the look of it as it is functional and still passes the “cool” factor.

TLDR It is a BUY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the Chuck Norris of organization. First let's talk about capacity. 175 sheets? Pfft. I clipped in 176 in there just to test it. Okay maybe it groaned a little but it held. It's like a tiny plastic paper-devouring black hole except mine is in blue. My tax returns grocery lists and half-finished novel are all contained within its mighty flexible embrace. The front can sport your child’s best monster cat drawing and the back has another less visual pocket. But the real magic? This binder doubles as a fantastic coffee coaster. Yes you read that right. I'm a chronic spiller. My desk resembles a Jackson Pollock painting made of variously aged coffee drips. But this binder? The outer layer laughs in the face of caffeine-induced chaos. A little wipe with a damp cloth and it's back to being the bastion of my disorganized-but-trying-to-be-organized life. The rings? Sturdy. They haven't snapped open on me yet even when I'm wrestling with that rogue 76th sheet of paper. The plastic? Surprisingly resilient. It's survived being dropped kicked shoved mindlessly and repeatedly into a bag and even accidentally sat upon (don't judge). Look I'm not saying this binder will solve all your problems. It's not going to write your reports or do your taxes. But it will hold your papers withstand your coffee spills and maybe just maybe bring a little bit of joy to your otherwise chaotic existence. Five stars. I would buy it again. And probably will because I'm sure I will need a whole army of these binders to conquer my paperwork monster.
