Stapler didn't work at all it constantly jams after i used it around three times. Don't you think your customer will back to [@] to buy the rubbish again? Please replace it....

Jam Resistant?

So far all is well. However I am undecided whether or not it is OK. I have had too many jams with my Swinglines. They seem to last for 6-10 months and then jams begin. We'll see on this one. Ask me the same question in 6 months.

As a teacher I use this to staple together all of my students' work into a book. I have 25 students so I was looking for a product that could handle the job & use regular staples so I wouldn't have to buy special staples! This delivers!

Jams after time

I LOVED this stapler for the first few months I had it. I loved the flat stack stapling very much I wish more stapler offered this feature. However after a few months of using it (~4?) it jams with absolutely every staple. Also it stopped stapling at tightly some of the staples would only be half folded down.

Great little stapler

In our office things take a beating and this little stapler still works great even after being dropped many of times. I love the feel of this little stapler. The design fits nicely into the palm of your hand and inserts the staples with little effort even with fifteen to twenty pages and no jams. One other good feature of this stapler is that the staples lie flat instead of the arches from other staplers. You won't end up with one corner of your files larger than the others everything lies flat in the folders.

I have not yet used this on a large volume of paper maybe 15 pages however I really like the flat staple. I mail a lot and the smooth staple makes for a smooth envelope.
