What can be said about a basic 3-ring binder? It is well constructed the clear sleeve always for a cover page to be displayed the ring align well the rings close tightly the vinyl is well sealed overall a nice binder for the price.

This binder worked out well to keep all of the 2014 Minutes of the Monessen Veterans council. it makes it easy to find and review any item that requires revisiting.
