[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it recognized whenever I was in the room and it was ready to connect with my phone even without touching it. The picture and sound quality are amazing the only negative which is normal was reaction time. After 2 years the reaction time between pressing the home button and the menu popping up began to lag same thing with navigation through out each app but usually I'd restart the TV and it would solve the problem occasionally

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is, without a doubt the best television we have ever owned!! The crystal clear picture with amazing black and dark colors is unbelievable. My old Samsung UHD had trouble handling dark and black colors and would cause some haloing and striping of blacks and grays; Not this Neo QLED though. If you are looking for a great picture with amazing colors, this is the Television for you!!
