[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our Samsung Smart TV a little over a year. After dropping our subscription TV service we went totally streaming. It works very well with our internet and has caused us no problems whatsoever. We would highly recommend Samsung TVs and would not hesitate purchasing another.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed my TV very much the picture is great has good sound and I enjoy the Samsung free channels however the banners that come up all the time when you change channels is way Overkill after you've used the TV for a short time you don't need all those those prop banners that tell you stuff about the menu and it tells you what channel you watching three different banners and it's just annoying. I wish there was a way to shut them off you pull up the menu and a banner blocks the spot you're looking to see what's on next I just don't understand that but anyway otherwise it's a great TV I absolutely love it I just wish I could turn off some of the banners cuz it just Overkill how about send a download it has the feature where you can shut off the some of or all ofthe banners that would be great like I said otherwise no complaints whatsoever great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have five Samsung TVs in our house and the NEO QLED is by far our favorite. The picture is beautiful. The sound without a soundbar is excellent. It was a simple setup and integrated with our smart devices easily. We can't wait to replace the oldest Samsung with another NEO QLED!!
