[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the ease and Functionality of the TV. The remote control has a voice feature that helps move around quickly from app to input. The tv's ability to integrate with amazon Alexa as well as Google Nest and other smart home products Is a plus. The bright vivid picture makes even the darkest scenes viewable. HDMI input detection recognized and renamed the port for my Xbox. The TV comes preloaded with many popular apps like Amazon Netflix Disney Plus and I was able to download a few others that I like to use. I feel this TV is a great value for the price.

My only complaint is with the Apps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Following a power outage, my ISP appeared to have trouble connecting to the SmartThings server, which caused all of my smart apps to stop functioning—except for Netflix, which continued to stream content without issue. Other apps, including YouTubeTV, Disney+, Prime Video, and YouTube, were all unresponsive.
I spent several hours troubleshooting the issue: updating my router firmware, replacing Cat5e cables, performing a factory reset on the TV, and power cycling multiple devices. Despite these efforts, the problem persisted until the following day, when everything returned to normal. However, I had to completely rebuild my main TV menu as a result.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have always had at least one Samsung TV in our home. Over the past several years we have upgraded to larger flat screen TVs. Or latest is the 75" flat screen and it is a compleate joy to watch. The subject matters are crisp and clear and we see no distortion being on such a large screen. Our livingroom is not large,so we are not that far from the screen and still enjoy it immensely.

I hate the opening interface. The apps that I pay for are hidden in a screen full of stuff I can’t access without a subscription. I realize you get paid to advertise those links. But that doesn’t preclude you from making MY stuff more accessible.

Overall we like the TV very much. One exception

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the TV since 4/25, and overall we are happy with the TV and its functions. One problem for us is the sound levels. We have the TV set at a comfortable listening level, and suddenly the sound increases to a level 10 times higher. It is a blast of loud sound, and then it will go away. We have adjusted the sound level numerous times, and it just won't stop doing this blast of sound occasionally. We never know when it is coming or why? Maybe you all have a suggestion as to how to resolve this problem.
