Poor Remote Control Design

You have to use your fingernails to hit a button up or down. The buttons are also too sensitive & move rapidly to different channels or functions.

The picture quality is breathtaking, with rich colors, deep blacks, and incredible contrast thanks to Quantum HDR and Neo QLED technology. Whether I’m watching movies, sports, or playing games, every detail looks sharp and lifelike.
One of the best features is the smooth motion handling, especially for fast-paced content. The 120Hz refresh rate and HDMI 2.1 support make gaming feel incredibly responsive, with no noticeable lag. The TV also handles dark scenes exceptionally well, avoiding the washed-out look some other TVs struggle with.
The design is sleek and modern, with an ultra-thin profile that looks great in any room. The Tizen smart platform is easy to use, offering quick access to all my favorite streaming apps. I also appreciate the solar-powered remote, which is both convenient and eco-friendly.
Sound quality is solid for a TV of this size, though I’d recommend a soundbar for a more immersive experience. The built-in voice assistants (Bixby, Alexa, and Google Assistant) work seamlessly, and the SmartThings integration makes it easy to control other smart devices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older Q50 32" which is also 4K, but the QN85DD 55" is much better. The micro-led really helps the picture and the brightness is fantastic. I use it for streaming the major services and cable too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stream all of my movies and network shows. I also enjoy sports broadcasts. The picture for all three is brilliant. The colors are true and seamless. Black is a true black. And all this in my very bright room. I use a separate speaker system through eARC and it works perfectly although it does override the Samsung’s highly capable built-in sound effects. This is a great all around’er.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really enjoy our Samsung TV. The picture is clear and colors wonderful. The issue we have is our smart tv keeps removing a channel we watch every morning for our local news. It was on the channel list but now it has just disappeared. We are not sure how to fix this. It is upsetting as it is our local news Channel 35 Fox Orlando.
