I was impressed by the images.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While visiting a relative's house, I was able to take a closer look at their TV screen. I was impressed by the images in an uncontrolled environment. I turned the TV on and off, switched apps, and enjoyed it. I loved its solar-powered remote control. I ended up buying a new TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new TV. Picture is great and has sharp detail and great color.
I have one issue-occasionally my volume disappears. I have to turn off the tv for a few seconds and turn back on. I was surprised that this happened but when I googled the issue this is not new. there were videos on how to fix which didn't work for me. I have the original tv settings. It only happened twice in a month so not a major problem but a surprise for me that it happens at all on a new tv.
Other than that I really love the tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 85" Neo QLED TV is the finest TV I have ever owned. The color, clarity, sound from the sound bar and woofer and the related overall quality literally make watching seem like a live experience. I have ducked baseballs, felt like I was catching footballs and basketball, and jumping out of the way of an errant golf ball splashing into a water hole.
Samsung is the finest TV out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has problems with buffering and losing internet connection all the time. Other internet connected TV's and devices in my home do not have this issue. I would appreciate a solution or a replacement TV.

Thanks for your review. Buffering when streaming content online is related to your internet connection speed. Buffering may occur on your Samsung Smart TV while streaming video content over the internet. Buffering usually occurs when your internet connection provided by your ISP cannot supply data fast enough for the playback device.

We suggest you try the following:
1) Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
2) Try wired LAN if available
3) Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity.
5) Lastly, to further optimize the TV’s performance, please also try running Device Care: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Should your issue persist, you may want to contact your ISP to check or increase your internet speed.

Awesome TV , large and heavy.. Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is an awesome upgrade from my 65” LG three years old that died. Color, clarity and detail are awesome. The only things I would improve on are the weight of this, it’s really heavy and the sound is average. Not that my LG was any better, it wasn’t.
I bought the q symphony soundbar from Samsung to pair with this and it sounds great now.
