Best TV for the price!

You can tell the quality that Samsung puts into their TVs because we had one that was 7 years old and it worked amazingly but it was time for an upgrade. I did a lot of research before buying our TV and I could tell that it was the clearest image you could get without the big jump to OLED. The colors that our Neo-QLED TV has are stunning every time we see them on TV. We have loved watching movies, TV shows, and games which all have amazing color and quality. Mixed with the 120Hz refresh rate, we are able to enjoy a perfect seamless image with fast-paced action shots. We were blown away by all the new features this TV has including Alexa and Samsung TV+. I will always buy a Samsung TV!

The quality of picture and the sound is out of this world. Stop messing around with other brands and go samsung now! Do it. 10/10 💯

Voice sound distorted but music sound very good.

The picture is nice but the voice sound is distorted some and not really clear. I tried all the settings including the AI sound settings but that made it worse with a lot of base in the speech. It's worse on movie channels so I'm going to return it for a 65" QN90 that has a different sound system. The first QN85 we receive was really bad so I returned it. The 2nd one was much better but still has some voice distortion. The music sound is very good. The widget music only allows 2 choices and SirusXM is not one of them and are not easy to change. It doesn't come with a Direct TV icon so you have to make one. Our older Samsung TVs came with Direct TV icon. If you do not subscribe to Netflix, Disney, or Prime Video, the remote buttons are worthless. Also the Hands Free Bixby speaker is not on the QN85D but the Hands Free is in the settings. This was confusing. I'm pretty technically experienced but I had to Call Samsung numerous times to set up the cell phone and other things. The location of some settings are not clear. There's a learning curve to overcome.
Also you cannot skip the advertisement on Samsung TV plus and the same advertisement often comes up. This is very annoying...for the price of this TV it should be advertisement free.
