Great TV but there's a few quirks.

We have found however that the volume will from time to time and without discernable cause increase dramatically without touching the remote. That, and the contrast changes at times when scenes change. Not sure if that's an automatic feature or a glitch.

Great TV with little a little flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have thoroughly enjoyed my Samsung TV. The picture is great and the setup was easy. The addition of the Alexa connectivity makes the TV even better as I can pause or rewind a show/movie that I am watching. The voice activated volume controll and turning of the TV is very handy when I can;t locate the remote.
The only issue that I have is with the onboard sound. Every so often the sound is muffled when turning it on (it sounds like it is coming through the wall). The easy fix is to completely unplug the TV from the power source for a few seconds and the sound will be normal again.
This would be an easy 5 star if not for the sound issue.

A perfect addition to our living room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from a 75” qled that was 5 years old to an 85” neo qled. The difference in picture is amazing and the sound quality (without need for a soundbar or home theater setup) is fantastic. The user interface is fairly intuitive to use and the rechargeable/solar remote is handy and easy to use. Felt it was a great value for the price. Only one complaint would be how ridiculously heavy it is. I hadn’t expected it to be quite so much heavier than the old 75 inch.

Bigger and Better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this 75" model to replace our 55" model that was totally fine, but we wanted bigger and to our pleasant surprise, it was not only bigger but it was better. Until you have the opportunity to compare picture quality, you assume yours is just fine. the new one is considerably sharper than the older one. We have 3 samsung tv's in our little house. We are loyal Samsung customers for all the right reasons, quality and reliability.
