Dock worked for a couple of days, now can no longer connect. Re-installing drivers, checking laptop ports, but to no avail.

This was not easy to put into operation. I bought an HP laptop and figured this dock would work it’s been a few weeks and I still can’t figure it out. Not at all intuitive. Instructions very bad.

The thunderbolt four is a great hub that HP has developed. The only issue that I see is since most wireless extras like a keyboard and mouse use old USB connectors there should be more of those available on the hub. Other than that, there is no latency in between the hub, the computer, the keyboard and the monitor. The hub stands as a seamless way to fully utilize your computer’s capability.

Displays drops on HP Docks

Ever since the G4 line of Thunderbolt docks, we have had display drops on any dual monitor setups connected to these docks that are NOT HP brand. Absolutely unacceptable this has not been ratified in the years of troubleshooting and reaching out to support. Unfortunately problem continues with G6 line, even with latest firmware/bios/drivers/etc.
