The heavy duty grills are very professional. The stainless steel looks very sharp after a simple wipedown. Works well.

Commercial range

I’ve had this a month now. While the range is definitely a commercial upgrade for most 24” ranges there is some details that need to be addressed. The oven dial requires one to bend over to line up the temperature as the over hanging edge blocks from site. The burner dials heat up when the oven is on requiring g hot pads to use while baking. The oven temperature fluctuates more than is normal requiring vigilance when baking. Cosmo Custer service said this is normal
