Dynamic sound, easy set up!

The sound is great. Also, love that this speaker is everything proof and has a wireless charging pad for your phone. So far, I’ve used inside and also outside while working. Looking forward to taking it on more outdoor excursions now that summer is here. The lights are a fun little addition. Very simple set up out of the box. Makes it quick to get playing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] `I absolutely LOVE this speaker. It is well built and good quality. I will say it is heavier than I expected, but that tells me what good quality it is. I have put the waterproofing to the test and submerged it in water and it had no issues- just make sure the cover for the charging port is secure. I love the lights and the fact that you can change the color. This speaker is so fun. The sound quality is fantastic too. The battery lasts a long time and connecting it to my phone was very simple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product size is great! It’s a great size to not lose track of it, like the smaller speakers we find in stores. However it is a bit on the bulkier size, which for me is totally fine. Sound quality is amazing. I love the overall product. Only issue I found was that speaker will only last one hour after charging all night. However for the times we use it, it works for us.

Fun & practical! Phone charging feature is plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second speaker from Altec with “everythingproof” protection. This one is much bigger, yet light and portable, and has several features that make it optimal for outdoor/indoor gatherings. It not only serves as a Bluetooth speaker, but readily charges your phone wirelessly or via USB. It came charged, yet I charged it further since I did not know how much charge was left. This is one of two flaws that I experienced with this speaker. The second is that the battery life is not the up to 20 hours claimed. At best, it is half of that. Yet there are factors that affect this, such as if the lights feature is utilized, the volume and if you are also charging your phone. Nevertheless, it does charge rather quickly. We have used it various times since I got it and it has become our new outdoor speaker when engaging in outdoor activities, such as gardening, at the park and by the spa. Its waterproof feature is excellent. We had it floating in our spa and it still worked the following day. It has a rubber flap that seals the ports and adds another layer of protection against the elements. I was quickly able to pair to Bluetooth and had it playing our favorite tunes within a couple of minutes. It is important to note that the power button has to be pressed and held to turn on/off. We are eager to take it to the beach this weekend. We are very confident that its outdoor elements proofing will work superbly! It is a great speaker to take camping, the pool, tubing at the late and more. Lastly, the music is crisp and audible and the variety of light settings is a fun addition to use at gatherings. Our favorite is the lights that change to the beat of the music. This would make a great gift during this time of the year for graduates as they will venture off to vacation with friends or college dorms!

Pretty large/heavy but great sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This would be perfect for a backyard or outside the camper on vacation but it’s larger than I thought (about 10” long) and much heavier than I anticipated. Definitely not the type of speaker you’d bring with you on a float down the river (if you’re from New England, you’ll understand). The sound quality is everything I expected from Altec Lasing, and more! The light feature is cool but I don’t use it, just based on preference. You can also charge your phone with this! If this was a little bit lighter, I’d have given it 5 stars. Overall, it’s a high quality, solid, awesome speaker!

The speaker has anti microbial properties, it is waterproof and will even float in water. The sound is crystal clear and makes singing and dancing in the shower fun. It has Bluetooth that connects to any electronic device to access your music. It has 16 hours of playtime before you need to charge it. It also includes wireless Qi charging for your phone. You just place your phone on top of the speaker to charge.
