Anker stand charger gift to Senior

I have Otterbox cover to protect this Android phone gifted to Me by Son. My 70 decade Birthday came, given Me the white Anker stand charger. It dies NOT charge through the protective cover. My roommate with frame type protective cover, the charger works fine. My Birthday gift has been pirated d/t lacking by "Anker"!

Sometimes you wonder why you didn't think of ordering something lime a wireless charger before. Anker makes good stuff. I have three of their small cylinder bluetooth speakers.
