Commercial range

I’ve had this a month now. While the range is definitely a commercial upgrade for most 24” ranges there is some details that need to be addressed. The oven dial requires one to bend over to line up the temperature as the over hanging edge blocks from site. The burner dials heat up when the oven is on requiring g hot pads to use while baking. The oven temperature fluctuates more than is normal requiring vigilance when baking. Cosmo Custer service said this is normal

we bought this about a month ago after we completed a renovation. We are in love with this oven. We love how wide it is. It makes cooking so much easier for a family of five. We also love how quickly it heats up. We even make homemade pizza on a stone.

Sleek & Overall Nice Oven

Just got our oven in today. It looks sleek and nice. My only complaint is there is no storage drawer underneath. I thought it had one, but apparently not. We have the legs on the lowest setting, and there is about 4 inches underneath the oven that’s unaccounted for - seems like a lost opportunity. We live in an RV so any additional space I can get is appreciated. The burners are fantastic, the oven light is bright, and the oven space looks a bit bigger than our old one. Overall I’m happy with our upgrade (especially because our old oven didn’t have a broiler) and I’m sure I’ll find a way to utilize the space underneath.
