It arrived with no wok grate I was expecting it

it's a very well made gas range the quality seems sturdy the cast grates are quite heavy. I needed the propane conversion orifice for it as we prefer that over natural gas.. I had left them a message but haven't heard back in a day so tried emailing them and they answered within about 2hrs it's seems you can get a hold of them faster via-email. They sent me an invoice via email which I filled out and payed for the item, I got my conversion orifice in just 2 days I had to pay some extra for faster shipping I needed it asap. So happy with the performance an looks of this everything is working well.

I must admit the reviews made me quite skeptical but the price is so attractive so I finally decided to get it and I've no regrets so far it's beautiful and matches my kitchen setup I would recommend to anyone who needs an upgrade.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and picked it up at the store earlier today we opened the box and checked for any damage and we’re glad we found no problems at all. I feel like this will look great in the kitchen we are setting up right now we just finished up on the counter and we are excited to set this up soon. It has excellent quality and we will check features soon.

I'm so glad we decided to purchase this range not only is it very affordable compared to other brands it delivers on what’s advertised. The burners may need some adjustment which was really easy to do. We called their (COSMOS) hotline and they sent us the instructions just need to use a flat head screw driver to adjust them. Now it works perfectly and no issues whatsoever and we look forward to use it for a long time.

I'm satisfied with my purchase the range is reliable and works very well in heavy cooking sessions. I'm thinking of getting one of their wall mount range hoods now. Cosmo is definitely a pretty good brand if you want value for money spent.
