Great commercial grade oven at a reasonable price

My wife and I were looking to buy a new stove. We went back-and-forth on a few different ones and when we weighed out our options, the Cosmo was our final choice. My wife loves to cook and bake. This range offers the industrial quality without the very high price. We are very happy with it so far. The cooktop has several burners that range in BTU's to give you the option of what you need. The oven has a button to turn the convection on or off depending on if you want it on or not. It makes the convection options super easy to use. And who can complain about the blue LED's that light up the burner knobs. An all around good looking range with awesome functionality.

We had this installed last week and I absolutely love the heat of the gas stove top and the large skillet burner! Great control of heat and gets super hot to sear and stir fry quickly. Looks great in our kitchen as well. I didn’t like the huge “cosmo” logo on the bottom but we used dental floss, goo gone, and a scraper to easily remove that. I do wish it had an oven timer, clock, and a preheat signal. That will take some getting used to. Overall, I really like it!

Great unit, looks totally professional. Seems well built, heavy duty with just the basics, no electronics to break like our old range, just what we wanted. This is a powerful tool, makes crispy NYC style thin crust pizza, fabulous cookies and delicious prime rib roast. Up top the burners are great, powerful enough to quickly boil a large pot of water or to sear a steak in a cast iron skillet, and small and delicate enough for sauces. I recommend this range if are looking for a pro style unit for your home kitchen.

I bought this stove because my friend had the smaller 24" apartment sized one and I really liked the burners on his. Now that mine is installed I am experiencing the quality of Cosmo burners in my own home and loving it. This stove is designed well, simple and high quality. Oven works great too baked potatoes turned out delicious the other night. Only thing I would change is make the knobs out of metal not plastic, but everything else is sturdy stainless.
