In the past, even through I may have had it set to "simmer" most of my broth would boil away. The soup turned out amazing because it had time to simmer the correct way. I haven't tried the convection oven yet but looking forward to making cookies.

The gas range was delivered earlier than anticipated. It is Undented and not chipped, nice service I'm so satisfied with this beautiful product.
