This is my first experience with this product or any screen protector as my previous phone cases had integrated screen protection.
Instructions are straight forward but i did not notice the cut-out for my phones camera and ear piece until i installed protector to phone, my bad.
I removed protector with anguish i must admit and, stuck it back and pressed again to remove air bubbles as per instructions, perfection! No air bubbles. 1 week since install and no issues, excellent screen sensitivity.

Do NOT buy online

Overall, great screen protector, BUT, if you buy online, they only give you the screen protector itself. If you buy in store (dame price) you get the screen protector, alcohol wipe, cloth, dust sticker, and tool to align the protector. This allows you to place it with no bubbles or trapping any dust fines. Trying to place it without those little extra things is a pain.
For online orders, it seems like Best Buy gives out screen protector "refills", instead of the full kit. Seems like a way to skimp out on the customers. Not impressed.

Rebecca was helping me and she was fantastic. I am not great when it comes to phones or technology and she explained this very well! patient and very helpful.
phones great- i have small hand and even with pop socket, i struggle to hold a phone. This phone works great for this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Package misrepresentation?

Ordered the glass elite with visionguard+ and the package identified this feature, however the contents of the package did not appear to include the blue light filter (visionguard+) version as described by the packaging, rather the contents included a screen protector without the blue light filter. Disappointed as I've already applied this to my device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
