I love the cool-to-touch oven handles, and an oven cavity ventilation system is a big plus for safe heat dissipation.

I really like this gas range cast-iron grates and sealed burners. This is working as one to provide better heat retention and let you cook a variety of foods.

In the past, even through I may have had it set to "simmer" most of my broth would boil away. The soup turned out amazing because it had time to simmer the correct way. I haven't tried the convection oven yet but looking forward to making cookies.

I made chicken soup the other day and put it on the back burner to simmer. I was pleasantly surprised that that is just what it did, "simmer".
