Good foldable work out bench. Works as flat bench, incline or decline. Seems more solid then some of the cheaper foldable bench’s out there and miles ahead of the old “Sears” home workout benches.
No it’s not professional gym quality, but for a budget foldable bench it’s great and it’s solid.
I would recommend this to a friend!
