A friend brought his W3 OMNI over one night and demonstrated on a couple of windows, I ordered one the next day. It has performed as advertised. We have a rather large window over our front door that is very difficult to clean without leaving some streaks, the WINBOT cleaned it, no streaks. We also have some angled windows as part of our ceiling. By their very nature they pick up more dirt, dust leaves. Again the WINBOT left a clean window no streaks. In the future I will rinse those windows off first. The WINBOT stopped and said to get the sand off first, felt kind of bad but let it finish and then just had it repeat the window. I should have known better.
The attached photos show the large window at the second story and the other shows the clean window and an adjacent uncleaned section. Bottom line, the WINBOT makes a difficult job a lot easier, faster, better with less mess.

Not Enamored

I have huge windows with beautiful mountain views so my windows attract a lot of attention. In just over a week I have focused on one window in particular and although the initial cleaning, inside and outside, seemed to be quite effective, I found that when the morning sun hit the window, it was as if there were embossed horizontal blinds on the window. The pad left behind dozens of streaks and the window looks like the path pattern that you see on the website. I cleaned the pad each time with the auto-wash and I even rotated the two pads provided between uses.
The windows do look good except for about 1 hour every day in the morning. I will continue to work on it. I cannot go back to manual cleaning on a step ladder as my knees no longer allow it. I need to buy another robotic cleaner for my much smaller, normal sized bedroom windows (I will try another brand) and I will try it on this problem window to see if it removes the horizontal stripes. And by the way, the window was not significantly dirty to begin with. I had washed my windows as usual with my pole brush and squeegee about a week prior in prep for my new robotic toy.
If and when this changes for the better, I will revise my review accordingly. For now, I am not super impressed.

Long but not long enough!

Washed 97 windows over 2 days. The pad scrubber is brilliant so we can be really productive, but the cord to the unit is just not long enough to reach all of our windows and the square shape just doesn't get into the triangles and trapezoids which of course are the highest windows in the house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Brilliant upgrade of a breakthrough device

This is a fantastic upgrade that enhances all the great elements of the previous model. Winbot 3 Omni + maintains the high quality, no worry, no hassel performance of the previous model and makes it even easier to maintain clean windows of all shapes and sizes. There's nothing like cleaning our large front windows without the worry of tramping over the fragile plants growing there. I appreciate the smart, thoughtful design and outstanding performance. Window cleaning is now a show for the neighborhood kids who love to see the robot cleaning the windows! With Spring turning to summer, clean windows letting the sun shine through is key!
