[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The timer is a nice feature to remind you to move location in mouth, charger is convenient, small and looks neat on counter. Bristles are good smoothness. My only issue and not sure if defect or feature, is that the top falls off easily while brushing

The cleaner timer, 2 minutes is not long enough, 3 minutes should be available. And the intensity is not very strong on clean. Had the 9100 prior, may need to look at that on again. I don't need many other features.

Previous model had additional options such as gum care, whitening. This seems like a step down but it is still a very good brush. It is less noisier than the previous one.
