This was a last minute, 11th hour, purchase, as the other projector quit working the night before I was to present about 80 photographs and discussion of a trip to Scotland to about 70 Scot's. The projector worked flawlessly, easy to operate, and transport. I have given at least a hand full of presentations since then and would highly recommend this projector to others. Thanks Epson!

Bought this unit today and it's goin back tomorrow. The clarity is just not happening. The resolution is so bad you can hardly read the print on the screen. In fact, you can't read the finer print.

Recently bought an Epson EX3200 projector to use with a MacBook Pro laptop for projection of pictures (slides). It does project for a few seconds with the USB connection but then switches to a "no signal" message. Have not been able to get the VGA connection to work at all. Will continue to try to figure out the problem and if I can get it to work will do a follow up review. At the moment not too pleased with the system.

Mac User

I am and advanced powerpoint user and this Epson EX3200 is only used to present these presentations. As a Mac user I am accustomed to plug-and play and this Epson is sort of that easy... When I first bought the projector I owned a imac from 2005 and was going to use the projector with it. I read that there was usb connection and that was a factor in purchasing it because I don't like the bulky VGA cables. However, it doesn't work unless you have a newer intel mac. The website does not make this obvious at all. It just says "instantly projects images from a PC or Mac® via a USB connection." Watching the online demo is worthless too because it is just a PC demo. No mention of this intel mac requirement anywhere that I can find on the website - not even in the specifications, not in the tiny print...No where. So I was forced to the use VGA cable.
SO, a couple months later I buy a brand new MacBook Pro. I try out the USB connection to the projector and it requires software to be installed, no problem, I say okay, it installs and the connection works. The picture is bright and clear and I am satisfied for about 5 minutes...then the projector image turns blue and looses the source and I have a blank screen on the projector but my computer screen is just fine. Now for whatever reason, this projector when using the usb cable, is guaranteed to disconnect some where between 5 and 10 minutes. VERY irritating. My computer is new and sitting on the table not moving... no indication, just suddenly disconnects and looses the source...and of course I it plugged in tightly.
In addition to this irritation, the software that it installs for the USB connection is junk...it creates a connection icon in the upper toolbar of the operating system and stays there even when not in-use - as if I need to see it every day every hour every minute. And there are no preferences to speak of.

Perfect IF it worked with Mac OS 10.7

I have been using my projector for several months now and have loved it. I recently downloaded Lion (OS 10.7) and found out the hard way at a presentation this morning that I now don't have the proper driver AND there is not an update/download available. BOOOOOOOO! This makes my projector useless to me... I hope they fix it soon!

Emergency Met

I needed a projector in an emergency for a presentation when my other one broke. This one served the purpose but only marginally. The focus is very poor, and I still have been unable to make the remote work in conjunction with my powerpoint presentations as they say it should do.
