This set is all plastic as expected for 11 pieces for $25. Pros: The sound is very good. Easy to assemble. Lightweight. Cons: The drumsticks are plastic and bent on the first try. Seat is small and too short for a 3 year old. Side drum falls off it's separate stand. Overall worth the cost for a few times of play.

I am not sure if I bought this for my grandson to enjoy or to irritate my daughter. In any case, the drums did the job excellent. Perfect size and honestly not too loud. As an additional review, I also bought the smaller piano for my 2 year old granddaughter. She loves it. Together, they rock out the house. Drum box is small upon delivery but it's the perfect size for his age, 4 up to probably 6 or 7. As usual, BCP has helped me give my grandkids a great Christmas. Too old to go out shopping, but they make it lazy chair easy.

My four-year-old son, Charlie, loves his new drum set. He played with it for hours on Christmas Day and it was his favorite toy hundreds of gifts he got from Santa. It does need to be assembled and it took about 35 minutes to put it together.
It’s amazing and it exceeded our expectations!!!

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my 5 year old grandson, and not only does he love it, but all of his siblings ranging from 8 to 2 love it, although i think an 8 year old would be the top of the age range for this product. I was pretty sure my daughter was going to murder me when he opened the gift (noise), but it is pretty low key and not as loud as some other toys. They did manage to crack one of the "skins", but nothing that can't be fixed with some clear packing tape. A very nice value.
