An expensive box of lies

It is NOT bubble free, it is NOT compatible with the fingerprint reader it is NOT worth your money. Caused screen jumps and blatantly didnt do what it was meant to and lasted all of 30 minutes while I searched for a customer service line--which there was none. No contact me page no email no request refund nothing zero stars worst company I've bought from and truly embarrassing that I used their products so consistently years ago to have this be where we've landed

First thing to know, it's not an actual glass hard screen protector. Installation was not that difficult except when the tab you peel off, peels something else and now you have a messed up screen protector. After managing to have it some what decently installed, the curved sides decided it was the moment to rise and not adhere to the screen, so everyday I have to press down on the edges. Finally the scratch resistant is not true, I work in rough labor scenarios and I've had other film screen protectors that heal themselves, this one does not and so it's full of scratches. Definitely not worth the money.

It's good, but...

I bought this screen protector because my original one would never stay adhered to the curved edges off my Samsung S21 Ultra. The screen protector itself is good and the application process (with the plastic positioner- so cool) was awesome, BUT.... I've had the new ZAGG screen protector on for about 3 weeks now and it is already starting to pull off the curved edges. I expect it will soon be just like my old one. ZAGG, I know you didn't create this issue (poor design by Samsung) but if you have any suggestions for how to keep the screen protector adhered to the curved edges, I love to hear them.

Doesn't read my biometrics

I've been a Zagg costumer for as long as I can remember, and I love their product, but I must mention that they have lots of improvements to do on this one. I was excited when I received, but when I installed it could NOT get my biometrics read. I've call the costumer service they send me a new one, I remove the film set up all my biometrics again without the film and it was working fine. When I placed the film again did not read not even one of them. Had to buy from another brand and I work just fine. Sad to let Zagg go but just didn'work for me. Hopefully if they improve I will definitely give them another try.

Had to return it

I bought it thinking it was the tempered glass screen protector that I always get for my devices. It wasn't. It came with no instructions so I thought it was supposed to be easy to install. It was pretty hard. I was not able to get out even the big air bubbles and trying with the provided tool scratched the protector.
I am a huge fan of ZAGG products but this one was a miss....I just wish they would go back to the tempered glass ones.

Terrible to install

I followed the directions carefully for the installation and did every step as directed. I have installed multiple of different screen protectors on different phones and never had this issue. There are bubbles all through the screen protector that I cannot get out with the squeegee. Some protectors I have used before easily come back up during installation and you can try again, but this one when I tried to pull it back up and start over left an obvious edge where I tried to pull it back up and wouldn't re-attach. So that means you have one chance and that's it. Good luck using the warranty replacement because they charge you shipping..... Very disappointed in both the product and the company.

It seems pretty good now. Installation was easy after watching YouTube. But couldn't get it to stick on the curved sides. Wrapped a cloth around it with rubber bands overnight and thought it would work, but it kept peeling up. I also have the Battersea case (5 stars) and this screen protector fits well with it..... But after 2 weeks it still comes unglued on the edges.... If it still sticks, I'll upgrade to 5 stars. And Zagg,.... You don't need to reply with your warranty rebuttal.... If it doesn't stick, I'm not paying shipping for something that didn't work.

I use Invisible Shield for all my screen protection needs. There products are expensive compared to others, but I typically have greater service life our of Invisible Shield vs. others.
I messed up the installation of this one as the instructions were not clear. In fact, The way they are written, I actually discarded the actual product because I thought it was installed (For about 5 minutes, I was amased at how thin this one was.). When I finally realized what I had done, the instalation tray with the guide film was useless as the alignment could not be replicated. As I tried to make it work, the alignment was off and lots of bubbles. Now to get a replacement I have to pay for shipping (which cost about as much as the cheaper products). I think I'm over these expensive screen protectors.
