Literally ripped I'm several places within a week.

I made the mistake of purchasing this thinking it was tempered glass (my mistake, though the wording is slightly misleading) and bought a regular plastic protector. And... it ripped in three places within one week. Extremely frustrated that not only did I misunderstand the description, but I didn't even get a worthwhile plastic protector out of it.

absolutely worth replacing the screen protector that comes with the phone

The screen protector that came with the phone pre-applied was a thing plastic and wasent antibacterial.
Having the extra protect and ability to have a cleaner device bacterial wise is the bonus that would make always go with this new line from zagg

Better directions.

I love these screen protectors and have used them for years. Each time I have gotten a new one, the directions have been improved making installation easier. This time would have been perfect if the instructions were a little more specific about how to place the screen protector unit on the tray after inserting the phone. I was able to put the protector on without any bubbles but it is slightly misaligned to one side. It is ok so far but one corner is trying to bubble. It will be ok for awhile.

The screen protector is rather flimsy. It was difficult to install and ended up bubbling and having particles underneath.
