So I ordered my first screen protector from ZAGG and completely messed up on the install. I emailed ZAGG explaining how frustrated I was with the installation instructions. They sent me a new one. That speaks highly to the commitment to their customer service. I have successfully installed the new invisible shield and am so happy with this screen! Seriously ZAGG, thank you for the great customer service. The Invisible Shield is soooo much better than the protective glass products!

Not worth it!

I love zagg for screen protectors for my iPhone so when I got my Apple Watch I purchased one for my watch. This one is not worth it. It was not easy to apply and I ended up with many bubbles. I have successfully put many in my phone and know how to do it. This one is cheap feeling and it was cloudy and felt like a cheap sticker. I ended up taking it off the same day and tossing it out.

The rating I gave is based on my past experience with this product. I believe in this screen protector that is why I ordered a replacement. I registered this purchase this time. I have not had the time to replace the old with this new screen protector. Previous screen protector has lasted 4-years and was only just starting to lose adhesion on the edges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ultra Clear + not really clear at all

This is a horrible cover. I thought I purchased the normal glass screen cover and it was 2 piece plastic sheet that jigsaw puzzle together in the middle of your screen. The installation instructions made no sense and I ended up messing up what was supposed to be a smooth, clean, clear glass cover looks Horrible! never buying this again. DO NOT RECOMMEND it all ! but I think that's all they had for the S20+ models. : (

Defective Product

Following the install instructions, the top and bottom tabs did not detach from the screen protector. Trying to remove them caused the film to detach from the phone screen, leaving it useless and with jagged edges. I had to pay for replacement shipping and the new one still hasn't arrived. I had to buy another brand in order to have some protection for my phone.

I've only had this screen

I've only had this screen protector on for about a week but it seems good so far. No weird yellow tint for the blue light filter part. The only odd thing is that I purchased the screen protector specifically for the Samsung S20+ (which is what I have) but there is an odd 2nd cut out on the top of the protector next to the cut out for the camera facing you. So there are 2 cutouts when there should only be 1 cutout. It doesn't affect the usage it's just odd that a 2nd cutout is there for no reason. Also, it is expensive, however, in the case of you needing a replacement it is free for the life of your phone.

Hi Katie. The cutout next to the camera cutout prevents the InvisibleShield from blocking a sensor next to the camera.
