WORST PURCHASE EVER.

Stay away from it. You may as well throw your money in the trash. Clothes come out stained, partly dry, tangled and wrinkled, full of lint and sometimes smelling worse than when they went in. I Have to wash everything twice or three times. So much for energy efficient. The fact that GE put this product on the market is enough for me to NEVER buy GE again. The only way they could redeem themselves would be to refund all customers who purchasd this "washer". The only reason we still have it is that we can't afford to replace it yet.

WORST WASHER I HAVE EVER OWNED. THIS IS MY THIRD WASHER IN 28 YEARS AND I REGRET EVER BUYING IT. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS LOW WATER AND ENERGY SAVING. WHAT A LIE! YOU NEED TO REWASH YOUR CLOTHES. THE WATER DOES NOT FILL ANYWHERE NEAR THE CLOTHES. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND THEY TOLD ME THATS HOW IT IS MADE TO WORK. MY DARK CLOTHES ALL COME OUT WITH WEIRD SPOTS ON THEM AND NEED TO BE REWASHED IN SMALLER BATCHES. GE SHOULD REPLACE EVERYONE OF THESE PURCHASED. WHAT A WASTE OF PEOPLES MONEY!

Barely gets clothes wet. Leaves soap and reside. You'd be better off beating your cloths on a rock.

This machine washes dirty on your clothes. Your clothes comes out worse than they go in.

I have not had this washing machine for more than a couple of years. A couple of times it quit draining. Then would start draining again.... Now it is making a horrible noise while washing, not every load but every other... It is also causing some sort of burn mark on my clothes. I also hate that you cannot turn off the HE function. The clothes barely get enough water to wash. Therefore, most of my clothes get stuff stuck all over it. I have to use a lint roller as soon as I take it out of the wash whether it goes in the dryer or not.

I'm 55 yrs. old , so I have purchased a few washing machines in my day. But this one is the poorest excuse for a washing machine that I've ever seen. It never did do a very good job of washing clothes & 1 week after the warranty ran out it started leaking, so I'm going to try & fix it & if that don't work I'm gonna use it for TARGET practice, & then scrap it to sell for J U N K ! ! ! After I riddle it FULL of 50 cal. holes, that will give me some satisfaction for the money I spent on this piece of junk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We fell for it with the low water usage feature,. Yes, it uses less water but the low water level feature makes you use it more than usual, therefore you waste more power and water and spend more time doing your wash and the clothes either smell too much of detergent or unclean. Not happy at all with it, no wonder this model has been discontinued .
