Reliability and design/materials not satisfactory

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the first two years of owning this machine, had multiple repairs for different issues. Design of plastic panel which holds temperature setting and other gauges seems flimsy/not adequate. Technicians providing service continue to indicate that I should purchase an extended warranty. I had hoped that the machine might last more than a year or two before multiple repairs and associated costs were required.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
