I tried the robot Omni c28 for the first time and it left streaks…it could be me having used too much cleaning solution. I wasn’t clear on how much to use and didn’t work out the math. It would be helpful it it was “a capful” or something instead of 1/200 or something like that. I ran it a second time and I don’t think it left streaks, though I didn’t change the water with solution, so I’m not sure what was different. I love how I can schedule or prevent it from working at certain times. It’s louder than I envisioned but it’s for a commercial space so I’m using it when I’m not around so that doesn’t matter. I am not comparing it to anything, just my made up idea of what I thought it would sound like. It did a great job cleaning. It barely used any water but the water it did extract after mopping was very dark so it’s doing its job.
It’s fun to watch and I’m hoping it lasts a long time. While it unfortunately doesn’t clean as well as a person, I think using it will certainly make a positive impact on cleanliness.
The mapping was really impressive too. It was so fast and accurate!
Design is sleek. I wish it came in white.
I’m also impressed with how easily it transitioned from hard moppable floors to rug without getting the carpet wet.

I've used the c28 twice to clean my entire house (all laminate flooring). It does an amazing job of mapping the house, and cleaning around items that I thought it would have trouble with. It appears to be learning more each time it runs the task, so eventually, it won't need me to check on anything. So far I've watched the entire process twice as it went through the cleaning, and am very happy with the results. Keep in mind I don't have any carpet. So that may change this review if that were so. I honestly don't know. Otherwise, great machine!

Exceeds Expectations, honestly should have bought this sooner. This vacuum is amazing, we have a Samoyed dog and a 2 year old son that do everything they can to add mess to the floors. This does an amazing job cleaning up after them!
