It was always a challenge to get internal temperatures accurate on my steaks while grilling because my meat thermometer took so long to reach the actual temperature I was never sure if it was even accurate…..The typhur core is AWESOME! Internal temperature in under a second! I’m telling you it’s worth every penny. Be sure to get the core version because it’s the latest version where they added rubber coating to the magnet, a tip protector, and it’s smudge resistant!
