Died within a year & Satechi Support unresponsive

I bought two of these chargers and couldn’t say enough about how convenient they are. They easily replaced 3-4 charging bricks, and made traveling so easy. Quickly and easily charge my Macbook Pro, iPhone and iPads without worrying about overheating or bringing the right brick with me.Sadly, one of my chargers had half the ports go dead on me a few days before the 1 year warranty expired. I quickly reached out to Satechi Support was responsive at first, but then they just stopped responding. No follow up despite a number of emails. After a couple of weeks I just have up, as at this point the unit in question is out of warranty. While the convenience is there, the cost of this charger is too high to have it die after less than a year, and given the poor support I will neither buy another, nor recommend others buy this charger. Will be checking out a different brand for replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just what I was looking for. One charger for all devices & USB-C on all ports.Previously I had 3 chargers but the ports were a combination of USB A or B and USB-CNo turning back, Love the product, no more clutter.

This is a fantastic combo usb charger. I've had it on my desk for nearly 7 months now and it hasn't skipped a beat, charging a macbook air, ipad pro, iphone and more accessories simultaneously. The only downside is that when you plug in a new device it'll momentarily interrupt charging on my other devices, which is something to do with the handshake between the charger and the device. Strongly recommend this charger and will likely be buying a second one.

I have the 4-port and 3-port Satechi chargers, and love them. Ran out of ports in my main room, upgraded to this 6-port model and love it even more.Build quality is exceptional, power distribution scales to the needs of what is connected to it. Looks great, built great, works great - AAA+!

Does what it claims

This is the first USB Charger I've tried that actually does what it claims to do - it supplies the actual amount of power to each port that claims to do. 6 ports, all charging simultaneously, and at the power levels Satechi claims. For this money however, it really should have an Off switch, or a fully dead mode so it's not sucking up power when it's not charging anything. Minor niggle.

A Must-have for a home office

Like every other Satechi product, this feels very premium and works very well.I bought the 4 slot USB-C 165 before and thought it would be enough. While it was all nice and all, it definitely wasn't enough for me with two MacBook pros, iPad Pro, iPhone, iWatch and 2 AirPods,. So I upgraded to the 6 slot USB C. I have many devices constantly on heavy use so I need the charger constantly bringing energy. This 200 W was the solution I needed. Keep in mind that this is considerably heavier than the 165 W charger.

If you have multiple devices this makes for a compact charging station. It’s small enough to be a travel option too, but probably overkill for that case.
