Good product for decks..and powder

It works well. Its like vacuuming snow. Good for powder..not slush.
Main issue is the weight..not heavy but you do need some muscle and the snow blows back in face..

I've had this shovel since December 16th and it hit a small rock and now it's no longer working. I've only used 3 times. I'm very disappointed. Can I box up and return?

Super Little Gem

This was a very good investment! A little heavy when you have to skim 3 inches of snow off of 6 inches, then the support handle moves when the machine handle gets wet. Not complaining, still love the product and the time it saves versus using a traditional shovel. Thank you!

My neighbors have seen me in my driveway and have asked about this product, which I gleefully inform them of the ease of use and the fact that it uses minimal storage space and works!!!

Quality has gone downhill. Broke first use.

Assembly; bolt snapped immediately when tightening by hand. Not the plastic, the metal bolt snapped. Fine, find another bolt.
Then it just stops working the very first time using the device. The housing for the motor became loose and no longer makes contact with the gears. Opened to try to tighten it to no avail. Not fine. Would upload a video but this site apparently wont take a video unless it's a youtube link.
