Cooks great and the countdown function with LCD display is a very nice and handy feature. It really adds clarity to what your meal timing.
There are a few things though that I feel could be improved on:
- No cooking done alarm. When the countdown timer is done, it switches to keep warm but does not beep to indicate that your meal is ready.
- No crock handles. The pot itself is the same size as the heating vessel. This makes it difficult to get the pot out at times, especially when it's hot.
- The lid fits funny. It's not too bad, but the indentation for the lid is slightly off center and it just sits kind of odd... not a big deal, but triggers my OCD a bit.

I Love My Crock-Pot!

I purchased the 7qt. programmable Crockpot a few years ago and I love it. We do a lot of potlucks at church and it has never failed me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Crockpot cooks fine

But in less than a year the lid has rust that wen cooking the steam makes it run in to your food. Now I have paid an extra (with shipping) to have a new lid sent almost 1/2 of what a whole new crock pot costs!

Poor quality!

Just when warranty ran out, stone wear cracked during cooking! Having owned several through the years, I've never had one crack while cooking! Had to pay 1/2 the price of a new crockpot for a replacement stone wear.

Ceramic failure

This Crock Pot was reliable until a hairline crack developed in the ceramic. Once discovered, it explains why I had drops of liquid leak through and burn, something that has never happened to me with a Crock Pot. This was very concerning to me, especially on an appliance that is left on for long periods of time. I have stopped using this Crock Pot until I secure a new ceramic.

Lid doesn't fit or seal

I bought one to take food to pot lucks, dinners, etc. When I put the crock inside the exterior, it didn't fit properly and wobbled. When I put the lid on, it didn't fit properly and there was a gap on both sides where steam escapes as cooking. When I locked the lid down and took it in my car, liquid sloshed out while driving -- even though it was not over filled. I've owned a lot of crock pots in various sizes over the years from different companies and loved all but this one. I will Never buy Crock Pot Brand again.

Plastic top handles cracked

Nice pot but the lock on handle crack when I dropped it on the floor - I think it should be more durable than that. The handles are light plastic
