Poor Durability

We have owned Crockpot brand slow cookers for 40+ years and this model was the least durable ever. It barely lasted a year and quit working. We are very disappointed. Buy a better quality Crockpot Model.

Unfortunately, the instructions say nothing about a replacement parts when the unit stops heating (after only 8 or 10 uses). Guess I have to send it out to the trash. Do not recommend.

Nice crockpot features and size but the heating unit went out in just a little over a year. Mostly used during winter, maybe once every 2-3 weeks. Barely used at all during spring and summer. Disappointed. Would expect better quality with Crockpot

Careful or you'll burn yourself!

I bought this back in 2021 but never review it. I would not buy it again. I had a good Kohl's coupon so I bought it. I didn't realize there are handles on the crock. The pot itself is the same size as the heating vessel. This makes it difficult to get the pot out at times, especially when it's hot. I tried to get the crock out after making a chuck roast this past Sunday and almost dropped the crock because I didn't have a good grip on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The stoneware itself has no handles, but you can allow the unit to cool down after the cooking process before removing it.

Love it but…

I use it all the time, it’s great. My only problem is the little rubber feet fall out and I missing several of them so now it’s it’s lopsided and I cannot find replacement feet. Where can I get replacement feet?

I got this for Christmas two years ago and it has already stopped working. The digital screen stopped turning on and I cannot even use it. Meanwhile, the Crock Pot my grandmother had for a few decades is what I have to resoet to and it works wonderfully.

Great features for our family!

I had a crock pot with a melted control panel and insert that cracked. Instead of replacing the stoneware, I decided to upgrade to a larger size and one with features more conducive for our cooking styles. I love the snap lid for travel. A must! And I got the largest size (I believe). We have a family of six and this is perfect for roasts and veggies all in one pot. I also make chicken broth from scratch. This is a great size for cooking down bones and keeping it low for an entire day to get all the nutrients, without having the stove on all night or when I leave the house. Love the auto switch to warm after cooking too, also a must! This was also the best price I could find!
