I bought this last Christmas. As I was cooking chicken in it the other day I heard a loud pop, I've heard this before so I didn't think anything of it until it came time to wash the crockpot. There is a crack across the bottom on the inside and outside, which explains the burnt food on the heating element below the crock. So disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works very well

Received as gift 3 yrs ago. Works great. Taken many places . Really appreciate lock on lid. Just have to watch, as this gets hot quickly, unlike some others I've had. Turn to warm, keeps food safe temp. I would buy again.

I use mine often and recently the pot part of it has cracked. Haven't had very long maybe 8 months.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Out of the box doesn’t work!

I’m was so excited to use this for the first time !!!
Prepared everything put it in the crockpot and nothing !!!!!the lights blinked for a min then nada! Won’t even turn on and I have guests coming for dinner !! What a disappointment

Cooks way too hot and fast, even on low. Then when I put it on the ‘keep warm’ setting it was still boiling. Will be returning it
