Bought this three weeks ago and have used it 3 Times .The rubber feet on the bottom came off day one.
Second time I used it I made two items and the pin holding the lid lock broke on the right side. This is a piece of garbage. Do not buy.

Possible Heating Element Malfunction? Had the crockpot on Keep Warm for mashed potatoes and after about 1hr they were burnt to the sides & bottom! I am afraid to try the Low and Hot setting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Chemical/Smokey Flavor Permeates Whatever I Cook

I loved this crockpot, initially. Felt stoneware insert would be easy to clean & sturdy. It is. It worked perfectly fine initially, even though I was concerned the low setting seemed to run hotter than I wanted i.e. food would still boil violently on low! The last 3 times I've slow cooked recipes on low, this burnt/chemical smell permeates the food inside. If it happened only once, I'd blame my recipe, but not this many times. I'm at a loss. I'm wondering if my crockpot isn't working properly? Saw no recall when I checked the internet. Hoping someone can tell me if they have same issue.

Crockpot gets too hot on warm setting

I bought mine right before Thanksgiving as a second Crockpot (we had lost both of ours in Hurricane Ian and only replaced one). This one gets too hot. First time I placed mashed potatoes in to keep warm and it burnt the sides of potatoes. The next time I placed a roast and potatoes on low and within 4 hours it was boiling and liner had swelled to the top of the lid (almost pushed the liquid out of top). Luckily I was home and able to shut off and let it cool down.

Love the lid lock feature!

I bought this last night to replace an old Crock pot. I like it better than my old one because the lid locks shut and I'm able to transport food without it spilling!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke after 3 uses.

Used 3times & display quit working. My last meal was set at low & I believe it cooked at high for 6 hrs because it was so overcooked. Led lights out, can't toggle to correct mode. Bought a few years ago so don't have receipt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
