Ceramic bowl cracks too easily

After using this product for years, the ceramic pot cracked along the bottom last year, during cooking. Needless to say, that was a mess. This particular model evidently doesn't have replacement pots available so I was forced to buy another full crock-pot for lets say not a great deal. Although we have been careful not to do anything that would cause it, this new pot has cracked again on the bottom. The replacement pot is still not available, and I'm less inclined to replace the entire model again since it seems that the quality has gone way down over the years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Plugged it in full of chili and was not heating up.. lights on and nothing

Great, but crock cracked and leaks

I loved this slow cooker that I got as a gift last Xmas. However after only a year the ceramic crock has a crack and leaks. Where and how can I get a new ceramic insert?

Was good for short time

Bought this less than 2 years ago. Worked fine until I put a roast on this morning.. Came back this afternoon.. Lights were on but no heat.. Three one I had before this was 25 years old. Not buying one every year.. Guess I'll try an off brand

Ceramic bowl cracked

I use this product frequently and was really happy with it at first. But recently, the ceramic bowl cracked while cooking. I have only had it less than 2 years. I have had others that I had over 10 years and never once did the ceramic bowl crack.

Need new lid

I love this crockpot but one of the latches came off the lid and I can’t find a replacement. I don’t want to use it without being able to lock the lid for the car. Where can I get a new lid with latches?

Cracked stoneware

I have had this for less than a year and the stoneware cracked all the way threw. I've been trying to find a replacement insert for months and no luck. Really bummed, we use a crock pot all winter long, cold days hot and ready meals. But not any more :(

Too hot on low setting!

I bought this specifically for chili. I had it on low and my chili started to burn. Removed the chili, scraped the sides , cleaned it all up, and tried to salvage the chili. This time, I put it on “keep warm” and in less than 2 hours later it started to burn again!!! 🤬
