Great device for health and working with the iPhone. How cellular works vs pairing can be very confusing. Like, why there is a secondary phone number for cellular watch series 6? Should it work when completely away from phone? Confused

I’ve been an Apple Watch user for years now. It’s cool to be connected, know health stats, fitness info, have a vibrating alarm, take music on the go for a run. This watch is much faster, has a better battery, and has more info available including blood oxygen level and ECG capability.
