This is the best absolutely the best tv I have ever own! I love it and I only started out with a 32 inch to see what it was like and wow it blew my mind!!!!

within a week i was having problems with the volume and speech did not match b/c of lagging. i called and had to unplug and hold power button for 30 seconds to 'power drain'. Now i have to power drain it every few days. The volume on it is horrible! No matter the volume setting it has to be at a volume level of 60 or higher, my other tv stays at 25-30. Worst television I have ever purchased!

Settings menu is limited but still so complicated. It's a low grade smart television but still could have been made better. We have been unable to load/access certain apps.

I opened my tv new in sealed box I received as a Christmas gift and it was broken. Roku has not responded and I spoke to them over a month ago! I will be contacting the BBB regarding this along with other measures. It’s the principle of replying to this matter in a timely fashion. Very poor service.
It’s amazing how we get a problem like TV not powering on after a few months after the tv is out of warranty and you recommend spending more money to get fixed at a third party vendor. I will not be buying Onn products any more.
