So far the tv has worked flawlessly. It has good sound and a great picture. Works as good as the bigger name brand tv’s. Only time will tell how long it will last, but so far so good.

The picture quality is very good and the sound quality is good. I am using it outside on my deck and unless the sun is shining directly on the screen, it does fine on a sunny day.

I've contacted you numerous times regarding issues. Your solution was not to replace TV, but have me send you the TV and leave me without one. Not a good solution.
The sound is unpredictable and irregular. It constantly crashes apps and goes back to the Home Screen no matter that you do or how often you file a claim. Terrible TV, save your money!
The tv stopped working and would not come on anymore- and the reset button didn’t work. But why should I have to go through the trouble of spending hours trying to fix a tv less than 1 month old??
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
