My TV is powering on but it's not letting me watch any TV shows how am I able to take it back and I still have the receipt

I was attracted to this TV because it used the ROKU based streaming system, and it was replacing another ROKU based TV in our bedroom. It also had very good resolution. It operates well and loads the channel options quickly, and the remote control operates in the same manner as the previous ROKU TV it replaced.
However, my rating is two stars because of the low quality audio. The audio is very poor quality and none of the settings offered improved the sound quality. I have a portable shower radio that has better sound quality than this TV.
I bought a sound bar, which greatly improved the audio.
If you are considering this TV, I suspect you will also need a sound bar to get audio quality that is better than an inexpensive portable radio. If you have the opportunity to hear the audio performance od the TV in the store, I encourage you to do so in order to make a better informed decsion than I did before purchasing this TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
