TV Works OK and Everything was in one piece when I got it unpacked. I think the packaging was more sturdy than the TV. Picture is good and streaming works fine, but the audio is horrible. Two cans and a string would be better. I use it as a computer monitor, so luckily, I don't have to use the audio that much and I run it thru some external speakers to help. My Advice is to buy a soundbar. It was really cheap, so ya get what ya pay for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
