I dont like the fact that you can't change channel on the tv. You have to have internet. I bought this for my 95 year old mother so she don't have internet so therefore she has 2 remotes to deal with. She does like the mute button on the remote.

I've owned and used this television a little over six months. I love having the Roku built in, and how simple set up was. I frequently encounter an issue where the volume doesn't work. Unplugging it doesn't fix it, but I found a way to "reset" on YouTube that works. It's frustrating having to take ten minutes to get the sound working again, but otherwise, the tv is great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

would've liked a remote with a number keypad and a 'remember last channe'l button. and it doesn't accept video formats such as avi.

TV responds fast but the sound quailty sucks. When the volume is turned all the way up to 100 you can barely hear it. It's a great tv, I went a bought a 50 inch onn tv also and the sound quailty was the same. Lousy. but I hooked up a surround sound system to it and it sounds awesome. Love the tv with the surround sound.
