The remote should have in the dark features like lights on the remote

The TV is more than I ever expected! The only single issue I have had is that somehow the playback speed went bonkers. Some channels were fine, but others had normal speech on programs, with commercials playing at a slower speed and sounded like someone had lowered the speed on a record player. Some channels had slow playback speeds on everything, and some movies on streaming channels like Netflix and Hulu were fine, while others played at the slower speeds. I looked online and located advice to try different solutions, but the only thing that ended the issue was to reboot the TV to factory specs, after which I had to go thru the entire setup process to reset my preferences and Internet as well as my streaming services just like I did when I first purchased it. Not a deal breaker, just inconvenient. Hopefully will not happen again in as the TV is otherwise much better than we expected.
